I’ve been working with Sammie the leasing manager, and she has just been phenomenal! We haven’t even moved in yet, and she has been super helpful and informative! We are moving from Michigan to Seattle and literally have no idea of what we are doing and she has helped with the entire process thus far! I truly appreciate great customer service and I’ve talked with a dozen of leasing agents downtown Seattle and Sammie has surpassed them all by far! I can’t wait to hopefully move in and continue to be impressed! Thanks Sammie!

I stayed here for close to 2 years, and loved every bit of it! Only moved out because I was relocating to another city. 1. Very well planned apartment with top of the grade appliances, flooring and bathroom. 2. Floor to ceiling windows in apartments. 3.Super friendly concierge and staff. Maintenance requests will be promptly responded to. 4. Management will send out emails regularly, to keep residents informed about window cleaning / garage cleaning 5. Management frequently holds resident councils, to get feedback from residents on what can be improved and takes concrete steps. 6. Common areas are well maintained, great views from the terrace decks 7. Plenty of community events organized around different holidays. 8. Location, Location, Location: Right next to Century Link and Safeco fields. Also there is a major transit centre (International district) right next door, so you can get a bus or link rail to pretty much anywhere , including the airport. Uwajimaya, is a pretty huge grocery store here, which is also super convenient. 9. Fairly decent lease renewal offers for residents. All in all, staying here was an amazing experience! Definitely one of the better apartments in Seattle.

Great view, friendly staff, but $1700+ a month for a one-bedroom?!? Heck no!!

Fun community and great staff. The apartments are brand new and gorgeous.
