Great atmosphere! People of all levels of fitness are able to workout together in an encouraging and inspiring place. Spinning, yoga, crosstraining, and personal training available, in addition to athlete academies. The trainers emphasize safety first, and always make sure you can do a movement correctly, to avoid injury.

They have plenty of the best fitness equipment, showers, towel service, hot yoga room, AND it's conveniently located at Iowa River Landing.
