We actually stayed at the NYAC just a block or two for the street. We ate and enjoyed the lobby lounge a couple of times during our recent trip to the city. The ambiance and friendly service made us feel like we were honored guests. Well done!

If this is your thing and you can afford it this is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. I gave it 5 stars, some might consider it 4. I have been here quite often, and the staff is obsequious without being overbearing. The rooms and the decor are nice, but places like this are really all about service.

My husband and I stayed at the Ritz in August 2017 for our 10 year anniversary. We really enjoyed the hotel, the view was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond helping us celebrate. I would definitely go back. Thank you!

Beautiful interior and very chic place to have high tea. Accommodates large groups very well and will make adjustments to the tea menu although it's listed as a fixed selection. Quiet and calm.

Ritz-Carlton is the best. Went for high tea to celebrate my birthday. The staff was so polite and accommodating. The Ritz-Carlton NYC is known for their scones. So good. I loved the tea sandwiches too. Wished I could stay longer to have a drink in bar. Next trip for sure!! Oh the concierge helped with directions and gave me sightseeing ideas.
