Good Hotel. The bathrooms were good and updated. The TV was awesome and very functional. Nice professional staff. The location was good too. The rooms however were somewhat small. The elevators were also confusing, sometimes they took like 10 minutes. Overall great hotel in NY.

This was my third stay at this hotel. The beds are comfortable and clean. The location of this hotel is fabulous. It is right next to two metro lines and very close to Times Square and Broadway theatres. Starbucks coffee is located in the room as well. The shower is clean and there are plenty of towels for use. Staff is professional and efficient. The rooms are not huge but have all the space you need. There is a great gym located in the lower level of the hotel with all equipment needed for a thorough workout.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Our dance studio has attended many dance conventions and competitions at this hotel, and we have had great experiences. Like anything in New York, there are areas of the property that can become congested during well-attended events, but that's to be expected. Very close to great food, coffee, shopping, and attractions.

Have stayed here consistently on our almost yearly winter vacation trips to manhattan. Great location. Pleasant staff. Rooms are tight but clean and organized. Beds quite firm and comfortable. Convenient to most anywhere in the city

Convenient location. Nice interior. Well lit. Clean rooms. Very small bathroom. Didn't stay club level. Asked for a high floor so we could avoid the noise which seemed to do the trick. I would recommend this hotel.
