As a Convention Center it was a good venue. The rooms were large and there was not a lot of extra noise. The AV support seem to be good. The center was well sized for the convention that we had. The bathrooms were clean. There was great access to all of the rest of New York City.

I visited this hotel for a gala dinner. I didn't spend the night. We had an easy time finding a parking spot. The hotel lobby and ball rooms are specious and big. The one ball room has a balcony. Bathrooms are nice and clean.

Great location! Friendly staff. Housekeeping staff was top notch (meaning they actually did their job and did it well, hard to find these days). Walls thin, we could hear neighbors TV at night.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. It’s enormous and very crowded, but traffic seemed to flow fine within the public areas and elevators. Great concierge lounge for Hilton Honors Diamond members.

Not a full-service hotel. Reasonable rate and good location. Always disappointing when you book a brand name hotel and feel like you are staying in an off-brand motel. Fees imposed for every basic hotel service after paying a location fee. What kind of hotel doesn't carry your bags or provide water. Paper thin walls - could hear conversations in next room and hallway over the tv and even over the shower.
