The Hotel centrally located in Midtown and has large nice clean rooms. The WiFi was easy to use and worked well on up to 5 devices. Downstairs they also have a good bar slash working area with plenty of room. Some of the plugs don't work in the electrical outlets down there, however I was able to make do and it was a good experience overall. The hotel in the morning, I did not see a restaurant while I was there. But you're also in Midtown so there's a lot of choices and options just around the corner.

The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. My only complaint is that you are unable to control the temperature in the room. One night the room was warm and the maintenance worker said the best they could do was to open the windows, because this time of year they don't have the air conditioning on. The next night the weather changed and it was very cold outside, the maintenance worker said that as the temperatures decrease outside, the hotel adjusts their main unit. The front desk did offer a space heater, so that was a nice gesture. Overall, I would stay here again because it is clean and the location is perfect.

These people are idiots. We had to check in under the person who booked the room's card in order to get in, which is fine. We were there at 8:30 PM and the person who booked the room was really late and wouldn't be there until 12 AM. We asked if we could check in, and they said they need a credit card to put on hold. I gave them my CC, asked them 50,000 times not to charge any room charges to my card, just the hold is fine. The woman who booked the hotel switched her card out with mine and also specified not to charge my card. LOW AND BEHOLD, they charged everything to my card, after we triple checked I would not get charged. Our room was so small and had one really small mirror. Check in took way too long. Not coming here again.

Went to Park Central hotel for drinks at their bar. The location is great - close to the park and close to everything you could want. The building is quite old, so it has more of an old hotel feel than a new, hip place. The staff were nice and the drinks were fine. Nothing really blew me away, but I wasn't disappointed either. Good place to go if you're in the neighbourhood, though there are more exciting bars around.

My wife and I checked in there last Saturday night for 2 nights as we were running the NYC half marathon. Our check was quick and nice our room was spacious but very loud. There was mold in our bathroom. We checked out on Monday morning very early. My wife called the hotel at 8am hotel at 8am to say she left her nyc half marathon jacket that she bought at the marathon expo in the room and could they place it in most and found as she would collect it. She was given the run around all day by the staff and when she requested to speak to any manager none would speak with her or even return her call. Finally 2 days later the security called. Not a manager but security called to tell her no jacket was found. These people steal your property and call it there own. Very poor customer service and they all should be ashamed of themselves in how they did nothing to prevent this from escalating
