I am currently living here. I chose the newly remodeled three bedroom townhome. My renovation was rushed and not well done. There were many cosmetic and utility issues with the unit. Some of these issues have been addressed and some have not and it's going on the third month of occupancy. If taking a hot shower is important to you do not move here the water temperature of the shower is so cool mine won't even read a temperature with a thermometer. Some of the issues are minor and wouldn't bother me so much if the property was not so expensive $1,707.00 monthly, but for that price these issues need to be taken care of and not be brushed off. Although I am experiencing some problems with the maintenance issues there are some pros to the community. The grounds are for the most part clean and well kept. Most of the community amenities are nice and easily accessible soon the pool will be within the community. The appliances and flooring is modern and nice. If my renovation job had not been rushed and my maintenance issues don't go blown off this would be the perfect rental community for my family. Low to no crime, clean and newly renovated. I will update my review or change my review over time.

It is now going on my sixth month here and the only update to the maintenance request I've put in was that response to my Google review.

I am very happy with my new home. I had a great experience  with my move in, they made everything so easy and a smooth transition!! I would love to thank Maryanna for all of her help in the process, she went above and beyond! The office staff is so professional as well as the maintenance team. I would most definitely recommend The Springs Townhomes to anyone looking to move.

It feels like I'm a homeowner here! My kids play freely, the neighbors are nice, and my town home is updated with hardwood floors. I get compliments from my friends and family all the time.

I was living in a sister community of here, and I was unhappy with the noise from the neighbors and escalating crime and vandalism, so we decided to move here, to the Springs. There are some issues with the maintenance response time, even though I can't completely complain, as they always have fixed everything. 

The most impressive experience here is the management and leasing office associates. They are kind, genuinely care about you and understand life surprises, we don't really like to happen. I have experienced their compassion and understanding with assistance when life gets rough. 

It's a nice, quiet neighborhood and my neighbors are pleasant and friendly and helpful. Looking forward to enjoying my continued stay in the neighborhood.

Definitely a great place to live. Lots of green areas and the people at the office are always so helpful. We will definitely live here for a long time!
