Taylor park apts is like paying condo prices for a crackhouse in the projects! The maintenance workers do the bare minimum. Every employee here is rude and uncaring. There are rats all through here. They try to fine you for having your personal belongings on your back porch!?!?! If I could give them no stars I would. Unless you like to be treated like an apt number DO NOT MOVE TO TAYLOR PARK APTS!!!!! We can’t wait until our lease is up! It’s so bad and they nag so much we’re actually thinking of breaking the lease! Btw it’s so obvious that you all wrote yourselves a couple literally a couple good reviews 😂

I recently moved here and everything is good it is peaceful and clean there are minor things that needed fixing when  I moved but they were quick about coming out and handling the problems.

Ok so I've been here for almost a year and I love it definitely renewing my lease in august I absolutely love my apartment its spacious and updated plus they are adding to the updates come the summer with a newer kitchen remodel when I moved in they had just replaced everything again I love it my apartment not to mention the staff are nice and professional Morgan properties recently took over they are doing a good job with making the apartments nicer so if your looking for a new apartment I'd say check out Taylor park

My AC has been non functional for over a month, with temps in my apartment reaching 90°F.  I have put in countless maintenance requests.  They have simply stopped responding to them.  Our third floor apartment is infested with mice.  And it's not like we keep food in the house because it's too hot to cook here.  And they raised the rent by $60 a month from last year.  Since new management took over, the dumpsters overflow, my car has been broken into, and we are unable to easily reach the leasing office.  Avoid this dump like the plague.
