My experience process with  Dunfield homes was a great experience.  The staff was very helpful with the application and move in process. The neighborhood  is nice and clean.The apartment accommodates me well. I will recommend my family and friends to move in this development .

When we first moved here we loved it. Recently things have taken a downward turn. Multiple weeks in a roll recycling has not been picked up and is overflowing. Trash is starting to end up all over the grounds. Generally making the place look less than sanitary.  When I brought this up to the office I was basically told to call the city myself and complain. 4 days later recycling is overflowing and trash is all over the place. 
Also worth mentioning that we were told there would be an inspection done by maintenance last Thursday. Stayed home to let them in and they never came. Friday they didn't come and Saturday they didn't come. Office can't give me a straight answer of when they will stop by so my cat has been locked up for days and they expect me to keep my alarm off.

Updated 2/13/18: In addition to the trash I have returned to add more information about the different issues we have experienced as the quality of life here has decreased a lot in the past year. 

So the neighborhood kids are out of control. First they were throwing rocks at cars. I reported it to the office and let them know which unit the kids were hanging out at. Nothing was done.

Then the kids started setting fires outside of units. I caught the kids setting the fire. Took one home and his parents were not home. Not sure what came from this but whatever consequences if any didn't fix the situation. I called the fire department and the cops that night. Charges were filed.

Next the kids started messing with the vacant unit next door to mine. First they threw rocks at the windows and then they broke in through the back smashing windows to get in. I reported it. Nothing seemed to be done to fix the situation. A few days later they broke in again and I chased them off and called the cops who arrived promptly with a search dog/ narcotics dog. 

Last week we found our first mouse. Now we had long heard about the mice issues in the buildings but never experienced them. I suspect that the mice were likely easily coming in the unit with open with broken/ open windows. 

Generally speaking maintenance has been a huge issue for us. Majority of the time our tickets go unaddressed. We have been told they are "ordering parts" only for months to go by without a word and then eventually being told that the ticket was "lost". Corporate didn't provide much of an apology and just made excuses.

I cant tell you enough. If you make a decent living and want a quiet place to live this place is not for you. If you want your kids to be able to play outside and be around the other kids without worrying about what they might get into this place is not for you. If you expect that things get fixed in a reasonable time frame then this place is not for you.

Horriable staff very unprofessional and not helpful. Donna is the worse. Besides the staff mice galore. It was so many mice I actually packed and went to a hotel for some nights. Nothing was done by the staff to fix the situation.

Poor customer service. Poor maintenance. Have the same problem second year in a row with A/C. They come out say they reset it and it takes a couple hours to reset several hours later apartment is still 80 degrees. Really nice when 11 month old daughter has to sit there sweating.

Tbese townhouse are emavulatr staff are very friendly and helpful witb m s wth meeting your needa as a cluent would recommend to anyone
