I’ve been here for a year. Within that year I had no major issues. A few minor ones that had to do with maintenance but overall great place to live. I just renewed my lease for another year. Id recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great area and reasonable rent. Oh and great schools!!!

Beautiful move in ready spacious apartments. Amazing landscapes.  Great place to raise a family.  I like how local it is to schools and shopping.

I moved into this apartment neighborhood six months ago after 26 years of home ownership and I couldn't be more pleased.  It's affordable, clean, well maintained, and quiet.  The neighbors are great.  I can't say enough good things about everyone in the office.  They're all exceptional professionals who go out of  their way to make me feel at home and they respond quickly to any needs or requests, without complaint.  A splendid group of people.  Thank you to the entire Ridge Gardens team!!

As a student I have leased 5 apartments up to date and this team stands out to be the best. Jake and Cara were very professional and humble to me. they were quick in resolving issues. I am excited to be a part of this community.
