I was locked out of my apartment on 4/22/18 at 4:23pm. I called the emergency maintenance at 4:26pm. There wasn't any actual person that you could talk to so you had to leave your phone number, name, and apartment number. They never called me back. Luckily for me my neighbor was home and allowed me and my daughter to wait in her apartment to see if they would show up. 6:30pm they still hadn't called me back or showed up at the apartment building to let me in to my apartment. Glad that my sister had my extra key and was able to come to let me in after she got off of work. Today is April 23, 2018 and they still never called me back to see if I was able to get back into my apartment. They need to work on their emergency maintenance.

I lived on this site for about 7months, until I decided to relocate. During my time as a resident I received great customer service. The property manager changed twice during my time there, nonetheless, I still received the best customer service. They're always avavilable to answer questions. Once I would submit a request to the office, my issue was resolved within the same business day with a amazing level of professionalism. I would recommend this property.

I have lived at this complex for going on 4 years. The current property manager Kristal Ricks is very professional, friendly and goes above and beyond to assist and to make sure your issues are addressed. This is greatly appreciated and respected in this time of sub par customer service from businesses these days.

I give this a five star rating for not only the apartments but also for the staffs Kristal and Brendan. They make sure that they on top of every residents needs asap.

A Place to call home this fall coming! Kristal is phenomenal , I have never experience Customer service and a warm and welcoming environment EVER!!! While shopping for my new home .. Thank you again Kristal.. Did I mention the space and Location!!
