I needed a new vacuum cleaner a little while back. Went and got a superb vacuum. I bought a Riccar and it worked phenomenal for months. Brought it back and got a little service done. Guy was hands on and smart and definitely knew a lot about what he was talking about. Service was quick and painless. Overall I should have bought another vacuum!! Definitely would recommend to a friend if they were in need of service or a new vacuum cleaner.

quick service, Bob was very courteous and helpful.  Received the vacuum back in timely manner.  He is definitely an asset to your company.  We will continue to do business with Bob and the store.

Excellent experience!  Knowledgeable and friendly staff member fixed our vacuum on the spot.  Would return again and recommend this store to others.

Bob is great.  Nice guy, reasonable price, fixed old sparky, good for another 50,000 miles.  Consider me part of Super Vacuum Store Nation!
