Me and my husband stayed at ironworks for a month. This was corporate accomodation and I loved staying at Ironworks. They have a great gym, swimming pool and hot pool. We loved this place so much that we decided to rent an apartment just like this in Santa Clara which is also Prometheus property. Their response to service request is great and friendly staff.

Good location, just few minutes walking to stores, public transportation, bars and restaurants. The apartment are very nice, good maintenance, quiet and spacious. nice common areas.

Not impressed. Noisy neighbors, very few amenities in the kitchen and the worst part? ANTS. They crawl in from multiple corners of the apartment including the bathroom, balcony door, kitchen - basically everywhere. It's disgusting. When we moved in, the floors were dirty. I had to mop all of the floors - the mop was black when I finished. The unit we had backed up to other apartments that had dogs barking all hours of the night. We were here for corporate housing - we lasted three days and left to live at another community. Awful experience.

Brand new apartments, good size. A little pricey.

Great place to live. Living room is spacious. Bedrooms are not as big as I'd like, but fine for the price.
