Motel 6 North is a simple hotel, but it has everything you need for a stay. Beds are really comfortable, shower actually heats water well, and there is a microwave and fridge in all rooms. The air-conditioning system chills and heats the room very well and you can rely on it. There is no room service but the vending machines are always well-served and functional. The front desk is helpful and will hold on to any packages you order, even before you check-in, provided you let them know. There is a swimming pool which is clean. It is more organized and has better rooms than its sister hotel Motel 6 South. The only let down for Motel 6 is that WiFi is paid for and it's quite expensive — 3 to 5 dollars per day. Be aware.

The staff were excellent very good staff and willing to help out customers in every way they can but the room didn’t meet with my expectations...I’m sorry. It was small and not enough lighting for me and mattress was not very comfortable that I normally expect from staying at other brand names so I had to cancel my reservation but those girls at the front desk didn’t give me any hard time at all they were very professional, hard working girls and provide an excellent customer service! DO NOT LET THEM GO Motel 6 Sunnyvale North! Those girls are the one bring you business!!

On a 5-star rating basis, would give 2.5 stars. Office staff were pleasant and appeared to want to be helpful. However, my room was not cleaned well. The floor was dirty/dusty and an article of clothing was left behind the door into the room. I asked twice for cleaning, immediately after arrival and the following day .. but never done. The light outside the room did not work (flickered); it too was not attended too. Lastly, the level of noise from other rooms was excessive. I will look for other accommodations in Sunnyvale.

Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. I arrived at 11 AM and was provided access to my room immediately. I enjoyed my stay and, based on the recommendation of the lady at the desk, I had breakfast the next morning at Hobee's restaurant directly across the street - delicious meal. Sunnyvale is a convenient location at a reasonable motel six price.

After driving most of the day we arrived after 4pm only to find out that our room was not ready. We were told they needed to clean our room and come back in 30 minutes. They used so much cleaning chemical we began to get headaches. We had to turn all the fans on and leave for awhile. Also, the pool was dirty and ice cold. For the price a little breakfast would be nice. No hairdryer in the room, had to borrow one from the front desk. Easy access off the freeway.
