Excellent hotel! The rooms are very comfy, clean and have everything you need! The staff is great and really kind, they help you whenever you have a problem and they also give you travel tips for the city. Their breakfast was really good, they have a lot of options including fresh made waffles! Couldn't ask for more, I'd certainly come back.

Great place for business professionals to stay on trips in silicon valley. Rooms are very clean with modern decor. The complementary WiFi is fast enough for video conferencing. The hot buffet breakfast is included every room.

Has everything you need at a good price, though it is small and basic. Great for a solo traveler not intending to spend much time in the hotel. My biggest complaints are the lack of closet (I set up the ironing board in the already limited floor space to hang my clothes) and minimal soundproofing.

Overall really good experience here during my 3 night stay here, I really enjoyed the room and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was average, but plentiful, and the fitness center was also quite nice, although it wasn't 24 hour which was kind of tough since I got back so late from work. One cool thing I noticed while here was the touch to turn on mirror light, which I wasn't expecting to find here. There were two issues that I ran into while I stayed here though, the TV wasn't connected to cable and the fridge didn't seem to work. I didn't have a chance to report these because I was at my client site so often, however these issues were pretty minor and I'm sure could've been fixed quickly if I'd had a chance to report them. This has to have been one of the nicest Best Western's I've ever stayed in and I'd recommend staying here if you are in the Sunnyvale area.

Hotel lobby was under renovation so checking in was a little funny. Room was nice and everything worked well. Decent free breakfast as well.
