My room was very basic, but also clean and comfy. Even though the room was small, the layout made it seem bigger. It even had a little seating nook. The floors are hard rather than carpeted, which seems cleaner and more modern to me. 

I travel with food, so it was nice to have a fridge. (A microwave would have been helpful, too.) The hotel offers coffee and tea in the morning, but no breakfast. Luckily, there are two restaurants right next door that are known for their breakfasts: Denny's and Hobee's (a small local chain). 

The location is very convenient for driving. Unfortunately, with all the traffic, and without much landscaping, it does not seem like a nice or safe place to walk or enjoy outside areas. That said, I did not notice any traffic noise in my room. 

In general, this hotel is a good bargain if you don't need frills. It's a clean, straightforward, convenient, and relatively inexpensive place to stay.

I like the location and the staff is awesome. The price is reasonable considering bay area prices.The reason I don't give 5 stars is because of how basic the room is (i.e. no shampoo, tissues, etc) But I'm still a loyal customer!

Good Motel 6 - clean and convenient.  For those of you that stay in Motel 6 you  know there is a quality spread from Awful to Very Good. 

This is the cleanest and nicest Motel 6 I've experienced.  Well worth the price - especially if you have a meeting in the area.  1/4 the price of the chain hotels....remember to bring your own shampoo!  Easy places to eat nearby and quiet clean and safe

So I am Re-reviewing Motel 6; after my last negative review they have finally exceeded expectations. They have cleaned the walkway, the hot water has been restored, internet is back building wide and I had my room cleaned when I got back from my hard day of work. So when they are on point this little hotel is quite cute.

The service was impeccable . The staff and management were very professional with an extremely homely atmosphere.  It was such an exceptional experience that it made our stay in San Francisco memorable.  I have no hesitation in recommending Motel 6 With a 5 Star Rating and more.  Thank you ever so much from the bottom of my heart ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
