Not sure if these guys pay a service for their positive reviews or what, but I'm 0-2 in my experiences.  First time they quoted $900 to do a job and as expected, I get the call about another part that is mysteriously broken bringing my cost to $1500.  When I question it, suddenly they can fix it for $1100.  Red flags, but not unexpected for these chain shops.  Experience 2 was simply calling for a quote, the guy said the part alone would be $250, so I questioned why so expensive when it's only $70 at the auto parts store.  He hung up on me.  Not trying to be a jerk, just wanted to be sure we were talking about the same part.  Ended up doing the whole job myself for about $80 and 3 hours of my time.  Use at your own risk.

Someone else said it. Can’t beat the customer service. 

The people are great! Pricing is very competitive with nearby service centers and they are fast. Dropped my car off at lunch and picked it up later. Oil and tire rotation couldn’t be faster. Definitely brining my other vehicles here and telling the people I know about this place.

Not impressed. The only reason I went to this location was because my husband had had a previous positive experience there, and we received a coupon in the mail to return for a $9.99 oil change. After explaining my frustration to "Robert," about the poorly noted fine print of their coupon, I was refused service at this location. I was not belligerent nor loud, but I did express my concern, even stating that I knew he had no control over the issue. It was a very short conversation and ended as he tossed my keys onto my purse, closed out his check-in window on the computer, and condescendingly stated, "Have a nice day." I have contacted their customer service (where I spoke to a very polite lady) and hope my experience can help others. Point here is #1 check your coupons very closely #2 do not express any concerns - They can't handle it.

Rob was great! He was wonderful and extremely friendly. I bought four tires and got an alignment because of him. They went out of their way to get the tires I wanted. Prices aren't bad either! Recommended establishment.

Nice people and prompt service, but I'm very disappointed in their lack of honesty. The nice salesman told me that I needed a new air filter because it was "disgusting and loaded completely full". He made a very convincing point, explaining that it would affect my fuel mileage and all the other jazz... To my surprise when I popped open the air box the filter was fine, good for another 6 months or so. 

Guess you shouldn't try to swindle a former mechanic.
