I had a great experience! Mike and Malachi both were super helpful, as I couldnt decide between a new or used car. I got a used Nissan, and though they initially weren't the cheapest, the service made me feel they were open and transparent about the products, which is important. And they did even come down further on the price and gave me all the info I requested. So overall a great deal! Highly recommended!

Best car buying experience! Lakeland automall  made it  an easy and fast experience for my husband and I to buy 2 cars. Hank and Jason were super friendly and knowledgeable. From the moment we got to the dealership they listened to our style preferences, they didn’t waste time in finding the what we needed for our family. I definitely recommend anyone trying them first when looking to buy a car. We are extremely happy and glad we went through them !!

I have to say "Mike" in the service department was awesome. He was able to work my car in and fix the main problem I had along with recalls on my vehicle that I wasn't aware of. When I went to pick it up the staff was so helpful and Mike had even washed my vehicle for me. (Bonus). All in all a wonderful experience.

In at 10 AM  and driving my 2018 Sonata home in time to pick up take out for lunch.  Fastest, smoothest car buying experience in my fifty years of car-buying.  Ellis Walker proved to be a personable, efficient, and experienced sales person.  Absolutely no high pressure or cute sales tricks.  Ellis is my new go to guy for car buying.  The sales manager and the finance person were very friendly, helpful, and efficient as well.  My wife and I have been dealing with Lakeland Auto Mall for both buying and service for the past four years.  The folks there are the best.

Damon is awesome, Lakeland Automall is where I buy all my cars.  I have been to other dealers in Lakeland but there is one you can trust and always gets the deal right!  We love Lakeland and Damon is our guy every time, he rocks!

Lakeland Automall  body shop has also handle work for two of our cars and did an amazing job!
