I've been in this store a ton of time over 5 years, and have never had a complaint. There was even one time when the place was really busy so I offered to help with things because I had dealt with some of the stuff enough that I was actually helpful. 
I recommend visiting this location for you packaging and shipment needs.

I have used this store many times to return packages back to Amazon which is free to me and have used this store to send a package to a friend in NY. Each time the staff was very friendly and helpful. Price did not seem high to ship package to NY. 

I expressed my difficulty threading the packing tape through the gadget at my home and the lady employee gladly showed me how to do it. This was very helpful to me and clearly out of bounds of the job description.

On each occasion I have been in the store, I have observed interactions with other customers and each time they are very polite and the customer appears to be happy. 

Because of the positive experiences and its location, I always go to this store.

This guy named Clifford extremely rude and and told me how he "hates customers like me" cuz my label wasn't on right even after I told him that it was my first time delivering something and didn't know how it worked. Don't go there and he shouldn't even work there if he hates his job so much.

I've used this store quite a few times to return Amazon packages. I always print off my return tag there, I've never been charged till last week and it was a $3 charge to print one return label. When I said something the lady was rude and basically told me if I didn't like it to go somewhere else. Up until this day I've never had a problem.

Charged me $85 for overnight shipping on a Christmas present, lost my package before even getting it to UPS and it took 6 days for them to admit responsibility.  Now I have to wait on them to process the insurance claim.  To top it off, as they are a franchise location UPS will not help at all because The UPS Store is the shipper of record.

Stay away.
