This station is a disgrace to USPS. Carrier delivered package to an unidentified person and scanned it as "delivered". Package was lost.  Called this station and talked to "Austin"  who said he would contact carrier for info and call back in 3 hrs but never called. Next,  "Julie" delivered same level of assistance. I was never able to speak with the station manager, was put on hold until their phone recording cut me off. Unacceptable. Filed a complaint with USPS.

This place is the worst! They have two older ladies that are there only to make your life miserable. If your lucky, you will get the older guy and he is great. Everyone else but him are the most worthless human beings you will ever meet.

They don't even deserve one star.  They don't want to deliver my mail.  I had 2 packages Saturday and they drove right by didn't even deliver them. Put on the tracking that delivery was attempted-- no it wasn't!  Plus have had things broken and damaged because they shove it in the box instead of walking to the door to deliver it. I have a video doorbell and the video showing the mailman driving right by.  Laziest mail carriers I have ever seen!!

Waited FOREVER in line. Nobody in front of me, but the two working clerks took over 20 minutes just to deal with simple requests from the people in front of me. Employees are either under trained, or just bad at it.
