I placed a call, then emailed a pic with an order to print 12 copies of our team's photo in 8.5x11 glossy.  I was expecting to pay about $50.  On the phone he said $22.  Great.  I show right on time as expected an hour later, and the prints are just finalized and still warm.  The manager of his own initiative found a discount sale coupon for me, and it only ended up costing $12 for everything.  The guy was very calm, very responsive, and made my day.  I had to come on here to say that this store came through in every way.  Thanks!

Impossible to get questions answered over the phone. It's like if they don't know the answer, they'll simply say, "oh I don't know anything about that," rather than trying to find out. I called regarding an PO Box Account I previously owned and they didn't care to really help.

Incredibly unscrupulous workers here. They tried to tell me my envelope was not adequate and needed to buy a padded envelope. In the end, they forced me to sign my right to complain if they rip up my documents for doing their job. They also claimed it will take 7 business days and not arrive by the date that was quoted to me by both the online UPS site and another UPS service I called just moments before. When I inquired as to why this was the case, they said it might get there faster but can’t guarantee it. My document still cannot be tracked on the day it was supposed to arrive. I wonder if they purposely held on to it or tried to damage it?! I seriously wouldn’t put it past them! While I was there, they tried to sell another customer a $100 box to go outside a perfectly secure box to ship a return item. I will definitely NOT ever return to this location! Go to the Mailbox on Fruitvale in the Dimond district instead!

Wow, I don't usually post negative reviews because everyone has bad days and working in retail is generally terrible, but they clearly have a management problem. I came in to do fingerprinting for a new position, not my first rodeo as I work with people. I've probably gotten fingerprinted at least five times, including at UPS locations, and never had an issue. From the moment I walked in, the employee who helped me was short, spacey, and generally had a bad attitude. When she went to take my prints, she got palpably more cranky and frustrated with me when a couple of my prints wouldn't scan. (No wonder, I could see the marks of former fingers on the scanner. She wasn't wiping it all the way clean.) I finally expressed my discomfort at her attitude and suddenly they couldn't finish the job! Incredible! Given former reviews, they don't seem to care about their reputation, so great. I would not recommend going there for any reason, unless you enjoy being snapped at.

Told me I was wasting their paper when they couldn't figure out a paper jam. Then told me the printer can't print my document, even though it had just printed 12 pages. Then said the printer was out of ink, but they wouldn't refill it. Confronted me about why I needed a high resolution document that I had just paid $75 for. Finally, I took over, figured out the jam and walked out with what I needed 45 minutes later. Avoid at all costs.
