Came to njoy the Harbor on a Saturday and still have to pay for parking. It should be free on the weekends or at least half price.

I paid to get out and then when we drove to the gate it said we hadn't paid. Paid again and was debited twice! No one was available to let us out of there and dispute the debit. The levels are also very confusing. We even took a picture of where we parked. Poor signs and bad service!

We have been stuck in the parking deck for 4 hours, from 3pm to 7pm (and we still haven't gotten out yet as if currently) trying to get out (on a Sunday) from the Katsukon anime convention.  Absolutely ridiculous. Police wouldn't help; deck management wouldn't help until 7pm. I can honestly say that I have never been in a worse parking deck situation in my life. Definitely not worth the money at all.

Horrible paying system.  Around thirty minutes  trying to find out how to pay to leave the place.    Confusing signs.  There are no employees anywhere to give you information.
