Clean, modern rooms that we're in good repair. Not overly comfortable. No way to see the TV from the room's only chair.  Breakfast is European style with cheeses and pastries. Limited selection and clearly unpopular with many guests, as I never saw more than one table sitting and eating each morning. No room service in the evening, which is odd given there are two restaurants within a block of the hotel - seems they could strike up an agreement and deliver to rooms. Bar was fine, nice patio outside with a view.

This hotel is terrific. Especially the night crew at the front desk. It was easy to see that they care about their guests, and their property alike.  The hotel, which is well appointed and centrally located, is very well maintained and very clean. I would highly recommend the AC Hotel.

Friendly staff, clean facilities and rooms, great view of the water from the sixth floor. King bed was too soft for my liking. Room was very small, and industrial design did not feel very comfortable. Great proximity to shopping, dining, gambling, water, boating. 15 minutes into DC on a Sunday.

The Service was top notch. The room was very modern and up to date. It's also a convenient location in proximity to all the surrounding amenities.

Staff hospitality and facilities helped make what was a noisy room experience acceptable. That pushed it from a 3-star rating to a 4. 

Our second floor room, with a small but acceptable harbor view, was plagued by street noises. Motorcycles and loud talkers at night, and trucks in the early morning. The last straw was the high pitched whine of a septic truck for over an hour on our final morning. Apparently this is an area wide sanitation maintenance activity which wasn't in any of the brochures. So be warned.

Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The $12.95 breakfast buffet is a cut above the normal complimentary (or paid) breakfast fare. Prosciutto, Expresso, Quiche, etc.

I would stay there again, but I would need a higher floor.
