Closed at 1:15 pm instead of posted 1:30 pm. When I got to the store there was a sign at the door. Now I can’t get back there for a full week due to not being able to make it there during week hours. Very inconvenient.

First time I went here was to ship a surfboard which they said they would take care of for me and send out and let me leave only to find out a week later that the receiver of this package got a damaged surfboard because it was wrapped horribly. Then I went in again today based on the hours posted online and found a printed out piece of paper taped to the door saying that the hours have changed for the summer time to close two hours earlier. Update your website so people aren't wasting time out of their day to come to your business only to see handmade sign on the window. Don't waste your time.

I am the owner of a small art business, where I make paintings and then have them printed as posters and other products. I mostly use UPS for their image editing skills to achieve the closest color matching to my original paintings as possible.
I work very closely with the image editor expert there, Joe, who is very competent and understanding of my expectations. Thank you, I really appreciate the quality of the work!
