I'm so lazy to write reviews, but this store deserves one. Best place to drop off prepaid packages. Customer service is very good, always with a smile. And yes, I bring my packages closed! so I have no complain :)

Messy, unhelpful place. The manager charged me for a single piece of tape then disappeared. As I waited for the manager's return, another employee gave the next customer the exact same piece of tape for free with me watching. The next customer was already finished and out the door by the time my manager/clerk returned from wherever he was. My transaction, including $2 for a piece of packing tape, was then completed by the same clerk who was just helping the customer after me in line... So basically I got skipped. Use FedEx if you can, and if you can't, avoid this store.

I always have a great experience there. The staff is super friendly and professional. Besides PO boxes, they print stationary & business cards, make color copies, and a whole lot more!

I'm there a few times a week and these guys are great.  Surprised to see such a low rating.  The staff there is friendly and know what they're doing.  They're prompt and know the business well.  Place is well run and customer service is solid.
