Stay away. The most uneducated staff in Daytona and that itself should say something. The manager is a sorry excuse of a human beeing who is seriously need to be educated on business accuman.I reported this joke of a place to the BBB and to the Division of Corporations. They need to be stipped of their Business License. Next step is UPS Franchise Division. They will be closed because they commited theft, they stole my money and I have the evidence, it is only a matter of time. I paid for 3 month of PO BOX rental and thats what I get. All my customers mails where returned and I lost tremendous business because of them. Law suit will follow based on lost revenue. Have you ever come across somebody you know you shouldn't f@kk with?

This place is a rip off.  They charged me $20 to fax 16 pages.  It took over two hours and 3 trips to the store.  I asked for a refund and they said no.   I was ripped off over a mail box rental the last time I was there a few years ago.  Never going to this place again.

I requested a tracking #, the receipt specifically has a tracking # on it, but it is not a tracking #. I now have no idea if my package made it to its location. Be very specific and still you may not get what you want.

I am very upset. Prior to sending out my package, I asked the personel if I can ship my product to be recieved by FRIDAY because the person on the recieving end is leaving the country on SUNDAY. He assured me it will be so I went ahead and paid for it. NOW, i come to find out it It will not arrive until Monday. Now i have no one there to recieve the package and will probably have to pay for it to be sent back. I called UPS and they were useless and told me to contact the store that provided me the shipping service. Once again, its the CUSTOMER that takes the bullet. Complete BS!

I recently had a package shipped to this store on mistake by a wholesaler it was supposed to be shipped to sturgis sd. I was a complete wreck as i needed the package to sell in sturgis i called the ups store talked to joette within minutes she had it reshipped to me couldnt of asked for better service thanks for all of your help joette and the ups store
