The worst pharmacy chain. I have to move all my prescriptions because they keep screwing them up. Even though I've asked REPEATEDLY to make sure all my scripts are on auto refill & being told they were I ran out of my nitroglycerin because they didn't THEN after calling & they or it in for refill & stressing that i was now out & being assured that it would be ready today, when I called because I hadn't received a text that it was ready, I was good they were out of stock Anna no one bother to call and tell me that! Total BS! FURTHER it's almost impossible to talk to your actual local pharmacy; instead you have to talk to a horrible call center. The worst customer service though i doubt they know what customer service really means!

The store is weird, like the customers are not so bright. They would walk in and ask for the liquor store, which is to the left of the entrance - you literally can't miss it. Also, due to corporate reducing budget to pay the very nice employees there, the staff's hours are cut by a ton so there are not a lot of employees working at one time. A customer did not like the fact that all registers were down except one and all the customers decided to walk in to shop for things at 10pm on a Saturday night. Needless to say, there is one employee, Marcel (lol same name!), who took care of him in the most rude way, which I commend him for. I have seen him in there a couple of times and he is pretty smart guy - studies Computer Science and Math, too bad he's black, the poor kid was turned down from internships and other work opportunities and had to settle for Walgreens. He said the customers that stand out are usually stupid, otherwise he respects the latter. The customers are so disrespectful and unreasonable. I have witnessed a customer who could not get a $3 off his purchase because the customer did not have the coupon to get it. The cashier girl called a manager, manager came and said the exact same thing the cashier said, and the customer called the late night store leadership a key-holder and someone who couldn't do anything and then threaten to get the night manager and the cashier fired. There were people who got angry and insulted the cashier for the prices being high, like the cashier has anything to do with the prices, and for only able to give a max of $20 dollars cashback. Men disrespecting the beauty girls because they look good and they are beautiful, but there is nothing that the company, the employees, or the girl herself can do...legally and reasonably. The store has its problems but the employees will do their best to help you to the best of their ability within their store's policy but I feel like they are really fed up with how things are and the mistreatment that they get from some of the customers. The Marcel guy said that he's giving up with the customer service stuff..so you should watch out for him, stay on girls and his good side. Just a fair warning.

Standing here for 20 mins no one in line and don't even get an acknowledgement. Last time coming here. I was a manager at Walgreens so I KNOW this is not how you treat customers.

I went in to fill medicine for my son. I asked for the price BEFORE I had them fill it because I do not have insurance. The girl told me $35 I said okay that's fine, go ahead and fill it. When I came back to pick it up they said it'll be $150!! I said how?! The girl right next to you told me $35 25 mins ago! She said oh there's nothing we can do about that. Forget that, I took my prescription back and left. RIDICULOUS! !!

I like this store because it is convenient and the prices are competitive. It is clean and has a great selection of health and beauty items.
