DO NOT EVER COME HERE OR BRING A LOVED ONE HERE! 98% OF THE STAFF AND CARE HERE IS HORRIBLE! IN THE ALMOST 2 YEARS MY MOM HAS BEEN HERE SHE HAS BEEN NEGLECTED, HAD SERVERAL HOSPITAL STAYS AND ER VISITS FOR SITUATIONS THAT COULD OF BEEN TAKEN CARE OF IN THIS FACILITY IF THE STAFF CARED, GET RESIDENTS HELP WHEN NEEDED AND LISTEN TO THE RESIDENTS LOVED ONES! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

My mother lived here for 5 months. I think the people working there are caring, patient, wonderful people. It's a nursing home so it will never be perfect. People have to wait for help-toileting, pills, sometimes attention. But... they were as good as they could be. My mother was a handful for them, physically & mentally. She was very high maintenance and they were really great with her. Kudos to the staff there. It's a beautiful setting. In nice weather you can sit outside on the porch & enjoy the view. It's not a nursing home feeling because it's a giant house. Highly recommend & will actually miss the staff now that my mom is gone.

My Mother was there nearly 3 years. The staff is good and very caring, however they are constantly short staffed. The building is old and very run down, nothing like the webpage shows it to be. The elevator is constantly broken down so residents have to stay upstairs or downstairs. My biggest complaint is the food there, it's the cheapest money can by, rarely any fresh fruit or vegetables, they serve hotdogs, frozen pizza, hamburger anything cheap or frozen, canned fruit dessertMy Mother ate egg salad and tuna fish sandwiches in stale bread every lunch and dinner because there was no second choice or fresh meals, canned vegetables also. I used to joke and call it worse than prison food. The snacks were packaged cookies No fresh fruit or yogurt or ice cream The rooms were not cleaned very often. There was lack or communication from the doctor with family. Definitely not as described on the webpage. I don't recommend at all.
