Too many negative experiences at this facility. Everything from putting slings on backwards to a nurse pushing my Dad out of bed and telling her boss he rolled out of bed while sleeping.

Terrible place, never enough staff, and most of them have attitudes including the nurses! Carpets always look dirty, the bathrooms are a mess. And social services never return calls. Who's running this place?!

What a Wonderful place to be at. We have Great staff, Wonderful rehab Dept., lots of activites and all different kinds of needs for services. Please give us a call or stop by and see us. We would Love the opportunity to serve your needs!

The facility is by far not what it used to be. You can look around and see that at one time it was the apex for what you want for the care of your loved ones. Now that a Chicago based heathcare company has brought their quality of care to Rockford it has declined in it's appearance and the CNA's aren't much help. that is not to say they are all bad, but a few can make an impression on the majority view by those visiting. Perhaps they are underpaid and over worked. The nursing staff (RN's) are still vary good aswell as the therapy staff. It is only slightly better than being in any other nursing home. The true score would probably be 2.5 stars but they don't fraction the total.
