The worst place ever to send your love ones every time I visit my mom she is soiled no one is ever around to assist me. If I had power of attorney she wouldn't be there every floor smells of urine except the first floor. Most of the staff have attitudes very unprofessional people.

Very unprofessional and unorganized! Some staff are nice ! This place only care about residents on the 1st floor ! This place also needs a new DON That has experience! Don't believe the admission office when they say 4 aides work the floors ! That's a bold face lie . They are always short and treat the cnas like crap when they do the most work for little pay 10.50. Not worth it. Don't send your loved one here !! Take care of them @ home and have an at home staff come and visit when needed

This place sucks!!! If you TRULY LOVE your LOVE ones do not put them in this facility!!! My dad was only there for 1 day and " these people left him sitting in URINE ..." That's OK though because someday when they can't do for themselves ..someone will return the favor!!! CLOSE THIS HOLE!!! Doesn't deserve ANY STARS!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staffing poor and very unprofessional and poor service the list goes on don't let the photo fool you but Rehab services are excellent
