This has been the worst experience I have ever had my room smelled like urine and trying too get a shower is almost im moi mm opossum me t he staff is pretty nice as of now I am still waiting for s shower.

2.5 stars only because prior experience was completely different than my Mom's last stay. PT is great, always. However, at my Mom's last discharge, she was given the wrong syringes for her diabetic needs and inadvertently got 4X the dose she should have. She went into shock (we were traveling) but luckily a professional was near and knew what to do to reverse the problem. I feel VLP was negligent. My Mom passed just weeks after that and I will always wonder if that instance had contributed in any way to her death. The other problems I had with VLP, although at the time were extremely unprofessional and unethical, are really insignificant in comparison to the negligence and don't need to be detailed.

What a beautiful facility. Staff was caring and mostly very attentive. Therapist were the best, got me back to top form as quickly, and painlessly, as possible. Would definitely return if I needed a facility again, cross my fingers, lol.

I have to admit, this was the first time my mother wasn't so emotional about being in a nursing facility. Staff that I dealt with were always kind and helpful. My mother and I are quite grateful.
