Beautiful frames of artwork from all over the world. My favorite exhibit is located on the top floor. If you walk back to the room with red painted walls there are pictures from floor to ceiling. Each frame is labeled in books provided for you to review that are located in benches. This is a great way to introduce art. I plan to take my cousins so that they can appreciate canvas arts, oil and acrylic paintings

Just about everything is free which is great. There was ample street parking nearby when I visited during the day on a Tuesday. I went to their monthly baby class. It's a very intimate and interactive class which is nice and the teachers are great with the baby's /toddlers too. The environment was professional yet comfortable.

Simply phenomenal. Each display, room and galleries were thoughtfully put together. We've been to dozens of highly rated museums in North America and Europe and this was instantly rose to top marks. Their Faberge/Russian art collection become favorites of hours. I still can't believe that the entrance was free of charge. Well done.

First off the museum is FREE!!! Free self serve coat check lockers. But I highly recommend a donation. Great museum in an nicer part of town, as anyone who has spent time in Baltimore knows, there is amazing architecture everywhere! This building is no exception. They have an extensive permanent collection that is pretty eclectic. Also a fair collection of religious artwork if that is your thing. Not a huge museum but if you are not in hurry you could easily spend half a day here of if you are you could breeze through in a bit over an hour. I suggest taking the time as many pieces have a very interesting history. Parking can be tough however there is a lot just to the West and a garage a few blocks south.

This was our first time visiting. We went specifically for the Asian exhibit (temporary) for a school project. It was amazing. We wound up visiting all the exhibits. You cannot take pics of the actual items but you can take pictures of the description of the item. There is a small Cafe and gifts shop. Also, there is a self-check coat room with free small lockers. Just remember your locker number, as well as the combination to the lock (which you set yourself). There is parking literally right across the street. I highly recommend that you prepay via the website on the Walters Art Gallery website. Be prepared to leave your keys since it is a small parking lot. The employees were very nice and friendly.
