Waited in line for a extended period of time. 
Counted 7 red cars, 3 silver, 2 gold = 1 female working & 5 males sitting in office.
Mentioned to the lil gal that it would be nice if some of those guys would be gentlemen and come out and give  her a hand.
1 came out as I entered the tunnel

My car was left really dirty even though I bought most expensive wash and gave a tip to make sure they did a good job. Used to be a great place for a quality car wash. Im not wasting $15 there again.

The one stars are just salty, these guys do a fine job. No complaints, my car always comes out satisfactory.

Usually we love this place because it makes our car smell amazing but after my last experience I'll be driving across town. The machine caught my passenger side wiper and bent the arm and it now needs replaced. I've been through many times and it's never happened until now so I don't know what changed. I definitely don't want to take that chance again though. Besides across town they dry your car afterward so there's no droplet spots.

Went to the car wash foe the first time in my new car and it scratched it everywhere the doors the trunk the hood i couldnt believe the damage  i will never go back
