If you like your paint, you'll go elsewhere. This carwash suffers from an extreme lack of maintenance. The once soft brushes are worn out and scratch your car. I've also seen brushes not working at all for extended periods. I think it speaks volumes that the sign in front was run over by a car and their too cheap to put up a new sign... RUN.

I just took my car through there for the very first time and mind you my car is brand new. 2017 brand new off of the lot and I took it through their car wash and they for one didn't guide me through to get aligned right with my wheel. And the other is, is that my car still came out looking dirty oh and to top it off NOW MY CAR THAT DID NOT HAVE ANY SCRATCES ON IT BEFORE NOW HAS SEVERAL ON IT NOW and I have literally only had this car for less than 2 weeks. I just had it detailed a week ago from the dealership with a receipt showing that their is no flaws besides  2 chips that they have to fix on the trunk. and now my entire car is messed up. I need to get ahold of their manager and see what they are going to do about fixing my car. Especially since I paid $15 for them to clean my car and it didn't come out very clean and with scratches from their machines.

Not worth the stop. Better off going to the Wave in Lacey or pretty much any where else.

They do not guide your tire in. My rim got messed up on the inside. Apparently nothing can be done about my rim. And car still came out dirty.
