Messed up my internal antenna, all my radio stations are super fussy and glitch out all the time now. And it took off my sea hawks sticker that was on my back window. Way too rough. That sticker survived lots of other washes just fine. Never again.

The staff here is terrible at giving directions and assisting customers. They are just focused on moving as many cars through as possible. Car came out still dirty.

I went to this car wash about 3 weeks ago, went through once but then had to go through again because my car was still dirty. The second time I went through I came out with a huge deep scratch along the side of my car, manager was very nice and had the machines stopped. The manager discovered that a part of someone's license plate of the car before me had came off during their wash which resulted in my car getting that huge scratch. Manager wrote up a claim and was very polite. I waited weeks for a call from these people to let me know when they were going to fix the scratch. Ended up calling them myself man was very rude and refused to pay and fix it. Do not go here!!!
