A yoga studio unlike any other. Yoga is as much about community and friendships as it is about practice and discipline. The yellow door offers a great mix of both. It is one of the few yoga studios in Charlottesville that offers as much meditation as it does exercise and fitness, and most classes incorporate both. I go to the yellow door for my body, mind, and heart.

Geoff is amazing with acupuncture. Always welcoming and attentive, he answers questions patiently and in detail.

Friendly staff,  warm tea, beautiful space and practitioners with well-rounded and truly healing methods. I recommend getting acupuncture with Geoff and taking daily classes with the mind body project. A charlottesville gem!
