I could not love Tru Pilates more. Robin and her staff are infinitely knowledgeable-- consistently providing safe, balanced and challenging workouts. I walk out of class with screaming abs and shaky legs, feeling three inches taller. Tru has helped me through injuries and taught me how to maximize my other workouts through proper alignment and core stability. LOVE.

I love this place. Robin's pilates classes are excellent and so are the stretch classes. I've taken classes there for years. All her instructors provide individualized attention and tailor the class for you. I have a low back issue and they are always good about adapting the exercises for me. Robin's background in physical therapy is very helpful. I also frequently refer patients to her after they have been released from rehab and she does a great job with them. Highly recommend!

Tru Pilates never disappoints. From the welcoming feeling every time I walk through the door to the spacious, light-filled studio to the knowledgeable, professional staff of trainers, I always feel taken care of. I've worked through a number of orthopedic injuries with the help of Robin and Desiree and appreciate their dedication to their clients' well-being.
