Three flags it's a nice little RV Park. It's more rustic, kind of like a state park. Lots of big trees. The sites aren't huge, but they are adequate. The park offers most, if not all, amenities you find in an RV park. The roads are kind of narrow, but they do offer some pull through sites. The park offers both 30 and 50 amp service. The staff is friendly and accommodating. It's a nice park in which to just kick back and relax for a few days. They do offer seasonal sites. The park is divided into two parts, the front and the back. Personally, I prefer the front portion of the park. Not as many trees, little bigger Lots, but still somewhat rustic. I have stayed at this park twice this winter, and would do so again if in the area. The park does cater to all ages, and is pet friendly. The reason for my three star rating, is because I personally prefer wider streets and larger RV sites. I know. I'm spoiled.

Nice place. Good friendly staff, public restrooms are always clean. My Dad is a seasonal here for the winter, always nice to leave cold PA and visit! Nice heated pool. The park is more adult oriented, unless you have things for your kids to do. We've been coming down for about 4 years now.

Nice & quiet, had a cozy, shady space with neighbours on only one side. Fun mini golf and nice size activities building. We were told by our neighbour (long term campers) to walk with our eyes on the path as there were pygmy rattlesnakes all over, but didn't see any. Did have quite a number of small spiders, and caterpillars, but no problems for our stay, which admittedly was too short. We will be returning for next fall and really get to know the park. Everyone we met was very welcoming and thank you for the morning coffee and hope to meet up again.

Smaller than usual Thousand Trails campground but very well maintained. Conveniently located near I-75, US Hwy 301 & The Florida Turnpike. Very quiet but close to The Villages. We would give 5 stars but we were given a 30 amp site & told that we couldn't move even though 50 amp sites did become available many times during our 2 week stay. We may return in the future but only during cool weather if this policy doesn't change. Disappointed in the policy but we did enjoy the park otherwise.

Friendly older RV Park with various sized mostly level grassy sites. Good satellite reception from most sites. Maintenance crew keeps leaves picked up and grass mowed. Some clubhouse activities going most days including Sunday church service. This park caters to Thousand Trails Members but you don't need to be a member to stay there. Good long term rates. Close to shops and The Villages.
