One of the best prices out there, but... . We did rent a car and returned it early on a Sunday with their key dropbox when it was due back Monday around noon. They entered it as being returned Tuesday and charged us an additional $90. They did not contact us regarding the additional charges, and I luckily saw it on my bank statement. It took many calls to get a refund. They would not refund the money to the card we used, and had us come up to get cash. Kind of weird! Also we returned the vehicle with a little less than half tank of gas and they charged us for a full tank. So even though the customer service was good on the front end , and the car was nice, it turned into a hassle on the back end hence the three stars. I dont know if this is a regular practice for them or not, but this was my experience.

  I was very impressed with the ease in which I was able to both pick up my car and return it in as little as 5 minutes in each instance.
  They were out of the car that I had requested but bumped me up to the next size car which was great!  I was bigger - nicer and drove like a dream plus the price was very reasonable.  None of the other car rental agencies could touch the price that I received as one of their Fast Break members.  I would recommend joining.

This is the third time I have rented a car from this facility, and each time the staff was friendly, fast, and efficient. Prices are excellent, the cars were clean and in good shape. I especially liked having room in the lot to park my vehicle during the duration of the rental.
