I will give zero stars if I could. Bad customer service and a rude manager. 
I ordered a watch band and paid on Thursday(two weeks ago) but they couldn't find the time to order it only the next Thusday. They promise that I'll get it in about a week or two but when I called after 10 days the rude manager told me to wait in patience and that he's not making money on the band, he gave me the feeling that he's doing me a favor. I called today and he told me again until he will call me or to come to the store to get my money back (I'll do that of course) 
Don't let him full you, bad customer service!!!

I guess it's ok if you just need a new battery for your watch, anything above that I would recommend finding a different jeweler.

I just love this jewelry store.  I am so very happy that there is a respectful, competent, jeweler in my neighborhood.  I have been going here for quite some time, and each time, everyone is very professional and courteous.  I have had jewelry repaired, I have bought jewelry here.  Each time I have never been disappointed.  Thank you Timewise for keeping such high standards and remaining in our neighborhood......

Small shop, nice folks, very good prices. I came in to replace the spring bar on my watch band and it only costed me 5 dollars.

My now husband bought me an engagement ring from this place. Beautiful ring. Within a couple weeks the diamond on the inside was lost and even though I had to drive from L.a. and back to drop it off then come back about a week later to replace it, they did, free of charge. About 6 months later the diamond on the outside was lost as well and well now we live in Hawaii and no way to drive there to replace it as if they would anyway lol. Beautiful ring but buyer beware. I wouldn't recommend it.
