I just love this little gem, I love everything about it. It's in the beautiful Cibola National Forest (note it does close at the end of October ) seated off the side of the road. It's a classic, old-time setup like no place I've ever been. There is something to see in every direction and that's before you even get inside. There are also always many hummingbirds and friendly cats wandering about. Spend some time outside before you head in. The staff are amazing and sweet and the price is unbelievably low. The inside is unique and twists and turns all over with again, more to see in every direction. There is a lot of dedication and love that has gone in to building this place. Don't go in expecting pristine and new technology, don't expect everything to be perfect. The age and the mechanical nature of everything is what adds wonder to this place. I won't share a lot of details because I think it's a good idea to just go and be surprised. Don't forget to stop in their gift shop, lots of unique things to browse and local information.

Cute museum, excellent staff guest service. Take your TIME here and really appreciate all of the displays. There are cute, hidden Easter eggs in many of them that you wouldn't see at first glance. A MUST DO in New Mexico

What a one-of-a-kind experience! It was affordable to go but bring some extra quarters. You can tell a lot of love and work went into this project and it is so enjoyable and neat. Definitely a place worth stopping at!

Extraordinary experience! The location seems out of the way but once your there you don't have regrets; the drive three is beautiful. It's a person's imagination come to life! I gave it four stars because it has one port-a-potty rather than a toilet
