Wish I could give zero stars. Chris the assistant manager is the biggest dick in the world. 

I go in last Friday for new fan clutch assembly on my truck. Pick it up Friday afternoon and it sounds like my motor is going to fall out of my truck. I then drive all the way into their shop Saturday morning for them to re look at everything and they say they can’t find anything, bring it back Monday.  They just keep saying it’s supposed to be loud when it’s just started (even though it’s doing it for 15 minutes of driving) 

Dropped it back off this morning. Finally hear it’s ready and they replaced the part. Go back in to pick it up and there’s a big ass dent in my back bumper. Chris has no sympathy, just “take it to caliber they are usually pretty good with us” after admitting the dents fresh and was them. Instead of telling me they backed my truck into something, they waited hoping I wouldn’t notice cause the mechanic knew he did it. 

So, after not having my truck for three days for a simple fix, and denying my bumper, he refused to show any sympathy and offer to make things right. 

LAST TIME I WILL EVER GO THERE!  

I will tell everyone I know to not to not go to this place, most painful experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. 

I am now going to take my truck to a REAL mechanic for them to check the work Tire World did because I don’t trust them one bit.

Always top-notch response, customer service, and repairs on our two cars. We've been taking our vehicles to Tire World West since they opened in our neighborhood and have always been impressed with their service. Their entire staff is responsive and helpful.

They did the repair as agreed to. They approximately double the price of parts that are used.  This is not that abnormal for repair shops but if you can get them to let you supply parts you will save a lot of money.  For example the fuel pump they put in was charged at over $500 when I can buy a replacement pump for $150 but they said they used a delco part which might have cost as much as $250 bucks. Over all happy with the repair. Done correctly and in reasonable time but parts mark up bugs me a bit.

Tire World did brakes and rotors for my older model Jeep a few weeks ago. I got the car back on a Monday and two days later, got into an accident because my brakes COMPLETELY FAILED. Luckily, I was outside of my normal routine and was not on the highway, because otherwise I cannot imagine what would have happened to me if I had been unable to stop going 60-70 mph. They neglected to check my brake line and the brake line broke, thus causing me to rear-end someone. When I came back to them with the accident, there seemed to be no regard for my well-being and no one even asked if I was ok. I should have gotten new brakes and been safer, but because of the neglect at the hands of Tire World, I would have been better off on my old, worn brakes. Be cautious when doing business here and if I can convince you to go elsewhere, I highly recommend doing so. I understand that mistakes and oversights happen, but had circumstances been different it could have cost me much more than my car.

I've been a customer for years and have had excellent results.  Staff is  friendly and the repairs are performed quickly.
