Had a gas line snap and they helped me in a pinch also did it at a reasonable price. Oil changes are also only $17. Will be using them for my next change. Thanks Best West.

Been going to Best West for the past 6 years, 3 vehicles and countless referrals.  Up until last month this would have been a better review.  Sadly they have lost my business.  My truck was in for repair and when the work was completed they parked it on the side of the Bldg (their parking).  While parked my truck was hit.  2k damage to the passenger door.  When confronted I was told there was nothing that could be done as they did not have any insurance.  Zero Customer Loyalty, Zero Respect, No offer to even pay the deductible or even a cost savings on the work done.  So I will find a new garage for my business.

These guys are great. Very friendly, almost a family friend at this point. I stop by all the time with problems on my older car, and they are happy to cut me deals or go out of their way to help out. Turned out, that wasn't just because I knew them so long, but that's just how they are. Everyone I send here tells me they will never go anywhere else. Every time I go in they are quick and knowledgeable. Ron, you're an awesome guy.

Used to be my most trustworthy and helpful place I went to when I didn't have time to work on my vehicle. Not anymore. Second time in a row they tried to convince me that I needed to either buy a new car or pay for an entire engine replacement. This time all my Ford needed was a water pump and a new belt pulley, that's it and it's been running fine since my husband I changed it out seven months ago. I don't like bs, they tried, trust gone.

These people are great. They are pleasant & professional.
They are fast & keep true to the appt time they give you.
I use to live one block away so it was easy to go but now I live on the other side of town, 25 mins away & still go to this location.
Their prices are very reasonable & they will ck fluid levels & tire pressure at no extra charge.
