The best auto shop in town. Hands down. They have an honest staff you can trust (including the mechanics), fair pricing and a warranty guarantee on both parts and labor. No one else has that. Most shops only guarantee the parts then when you have an issue that needs fixed, you get hit with huge labor costs. Not these guys. They're also backed by NAPA so your warranty is good at any location in the country. I've had times where I had to bring my vehicles back for something and they always do me right. This place is a hidden gem. These guys have my loyalty and I will always recommend them.

They were pretty busy when I arrived so it took a while to get service even though I had an appointment. But they did a great job and made sure I was taken care of. They also followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was fine with my car. Overall, very friendly staff and very reliable service.

I made an appointment to have my vehicle diagnosed last Tuesday at 9am. The following day I received an email that my appointment had changed to 8am, and I confirmed. Later Tuesday at about 3pm I contacted the office and they told me that they where so busy that they had not even started on my vehicle and that I would have to leave it there one more night. I believe that first impressions are very important for business and thus far my first impression was not so great as I use my vehicle for work, and there was no sense of urgency. As for the cost I thought it was quite high for the work done. And as for quality everything seems to work properly and the issue was resolved. I would not recommend if time and convenience is an issue.

They always take great care of me and my husband (at the Galley location, but I imagine the north location is just as good). Very fair pricing, always available when we need to bring our vehicles in, and very fast service. Our cars have never been here for more than a day. If there are any continuing problems after they've repaired something, bring it back,
they will make sure it's right. (In my case, water pump was leaking into engine oil 😕, replaced water pump and changed oil along with a few gaskets. Coolant warning still came on after picking up my vehicle, turned around dropped it back off after hours, and rick called the next morning first thing. They had already looked at it, figured out it was the reservoir sensor, they replaced the reservoir and sensor at no cost and it was ready to pickup by 9:30am.) No  complaints

This was the best experience I've had with any repair shop. They are honest and good people. There prices are fair and the work is good.
