This is my second time getting work done here. The staff is great. Hard workers. They stayed after hours to make sure I had a running car to drive to work. They saved me rental fees and also recommended other specialty shops for exhaust and audio work. My brother is a mechanic on the east coast and said the prices fit the job. There’s a reason why they’re so busy. They have earned it.

There is only one automotive shop I would ever take my vehicles to and that is to Jesse at Honest Accurate Auto Service. They are the most amazing team I have ever worked with and extremely mindful of how they take care of their customers. Their integrity is beyond reproach and they have repaired my Acura, Subaru, and my Toyota 4-Runner. Every vehicle was diagnosed properly and they provided me with several options for repair. On a couple occasions they simply replaced a rear tail light or reset an O2 sensor and said thank you. No charge. What? Really? I used to go to another repair shop which is very dominate in Colorado Springs and they were about the money under the pretense they cared until the rubber met the road. I spent a ton of money with them. Not anymore as Jesse and his team surpasses the competition by light years in customer service and automotive repair skills. They are also very fair with their pricing. They are amazing and if you wondering if you should take your vehicle here and not the other place...do not pass go and simply go to Honest and I promise they will take GREAT CARE of you and your vehicle. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Robert

For 17 years we have exclusively used Honest Accurate Auto they are truly awesome. There is such piece of mind when we drop off our cars knowing they'll be serviced accurately and above all honestly! Jesse, one of the owners along with the entire staff are just fantastic. Do not hesitate having your cars serviced by Honest Accurate Auto!

Jesse has always made my experience so awesome. We all know that having to go to the mechanic, there is probably something wrong with our car and that it is an unwanted and most likely an unexpected expense.

Jesse keeps in excellent communication with the timeline of when my car will be fixed as well as any new findings that are found once they are under the hood.

They work fast and are great at what they do!! HONEST is a great word to have as the name of their company!! Instead of doing everything that they THOUGHT needed to be fixed, I was welcomingly surprised when my bill was about $700 less than what was originally quoted because some of the things that were originally thought to be replaced, were in good condition and didn't need to be replaced.

Honest Accurate Auto forever has my business!!

I have been taking all my cars to Honest Accurate for over 10 years.  They do high quality work.  When they recommend services, they give detailed explanations to help me decide if the service is needed now or if it can wait for a while.  They take pride in their work.  For example, about a year ago I had them adjust valves and replace gaskets in an older Honda; on my recent visit, they noticed there was still a minor leak and scheduled a time to fix it under their warranty--no cost to me. While no shop is perfect, I've never had a situation where they did not treat me with respect and go out of their way to make things right when there were any issues. They belong to a very rare group--auto service shops you can trust.  I give them my highest recommendation.
