I had an extremely enjoyable hour here yesterday, salesman was very friendly and enthusiastic, he had some very nice classics and several I thought to be bargains, I have refereed already 2 of the cars I saw to friends.., Nice shop, nice guy, nice afternoon.

I went in here to test drive a few of their vehicles. Took the first one on a test drive and i liked the drive on it but it had an awful smoke smell, not to mention multiple other problems. I went in with a counter offer and they just flat rejected it. I asked to see another car and he said "why so you can drive it around and give me another insulting offer?" ive never had a used car dealer get so pissy during negotiations. He acted like a pouting baby. Dont go here there is plenty of other dealerships up and down pacific ave.

I stopped by there this past weekend just to look but they made me feel as if I was a waste of their time. No one greeted me or talked to my while I was there. I'll be going elsewhere and would advise the same to anyone else. They we're extremely unprofessional with no customer service.

Tom is a great guy, I have purchased 3 cars from him and not had any problems at all.
For those of you that want to hound on him saying he sold you lemons you are out of your mind period.
Know your facts
Facts are very very rarely does any used car lot even give you a warranty period. The fact is when you buy a used car you need to expect little things to be wrong it is normal period. He takes care of his cutomers very well in my opinion.
