I have lived here for over a yearand was never late with my rent except once for circumstances beyond my control. I paid the next day and the fee was waived ! I went to Africa August 1 and paid my lot rent before I left. I had a medical procedure and was not able to come home until September 14. I called from Africa and spoke with Anna the owners daughter. I had to delay my flight for one day because of complications from surgery. I received an email stating that my utilities had been turned off 100's of dollars of food and medicine were spoiled!. I was unable to contact her to inform her that I would be a day late because the aircraft I was traveling on was new and did not have Wi-Fi. When I called Linda . Leland's wife to explained she told me I was too much of a hassle and she had her own problems to deal with and I had to vacate the premise in 12 days or they would have my RV towed and in pounded ! I'm 60 years old and while in South Africa I was robbed and all my funds were stolen! I have no money to move! As soon as I landed I paid my lot rent as well as all of the fees ! No compassion! I have never met more heartless people! They complain about everything to everyone and leave threats of eviction on doors daily!! In the 13 months I lived there I never saw them smile once or have a pleasant conversation! Even the overseer quit and left the park because of owners! Very large turnover due to owner's unpleasant attitude!! Still baffled!! ALSO..... owner had my car TOWED on August 26th yet I had my rent paid for the whole month!! My eviction noticed stared I had to vacate by noon October 2nd!!! I had to pay $303.75 to get it out of the pound!! I believe that is illegal!!!

Great place to stay. I went to stay last year while doing a medical internship. I had to travel with out my husband but I always felt very safe at the park! Thank you Tomball RV

Avoid this place!! They accused my 86 year old grandmother of stealing services because no one was at the office for over an hour for her to check in!!! The owners daughter was professional the father was not! They only want long term, they will not accept a week at a time. But if you like places that are very noisy with washing facilities that are sub-par and management that is rude, then this is the spot for you.
