The food came out impressively fast. Then the first impression was shattered. It was fast because it was mostly precooked. The grilled chicken on top of the salad was cold (refrigerator cold). The burger patty had a good flavor, but was dry and over cooked. Our order of onion rings had a fishy flavor as if the batter and/or oil was shared, and were very greasy. The manager replaced them with fries. The best part of the meal was the pecan crusted cheesecake. It was delicious.

Always have enjoyed the Dill Pickles with their own Zipp sauce. Catfish good. Wife is a vegetarian so she got salad, new potatoes, steamed broccoli and loved it. Only thing I didn't like was my side of Onion Rings which I thought were tasteless and mushy but that's my opinion. Would come back but not for the Onion Rings. Server was very good

For all the hype about this place and the densely packed place, I wasn't too impressed. This place is pricey. We dropped way more than we hoped to and the food was alright. I expected some a little more grander, and maybe I set the bar too high, but it wasn't what I expected when we walked in there. It was me, my wife and our two kids and we dropped over 60 bucks for four simple meals, two adult and two kids, and drinks. Honestly, I rather have gone to Applebees or something, dropped less money and gotten better food. But to each their own.

Wings and dill pickles were gr8 as always. Our waitress Ashton was the best! Super sweet and didnt rush us and was just awsome! Wish we had here every time we go to toots..

The wings are on point and great customer service I give ya’ll that but I will still give y’all 2 star because the food don’t have no seasoning. Make it tasty and get 5 stars. Awesome manager by the way.
