Absolutely terrible. Took my great grandmothers jewelry in to get it custom made into a bracelet for my mom for my wedding. After 2.5 weeks, about 3 days before the bracelet was supposed to be done and also 1 week until my wedding, they call to say that they can't do the bracelet they promised me that I paid for. Were absolutely unwilling to accomodate anything because there "wasn't enough time" with a week left... yet they had 3.5 weeks to begin with. Will NEVER return.

Top notch staff!  My wife and I have been coming here for years.  We bought our wedding bands here because they took the time (3 hours) to find one that matches the family heirloom engagement ring I have her (purchased from Bailey Banks and Huddle in 1918).  I stopped in today to try to get a watch battery replaced.  They not only did it while I waited, but even fix an issue with the chronograph and taught me how to fix it myself if it ever happened again.  No one else was able to do that and Guy did it in under 5 minutes.  Even more amazing as I didn't even get the watch there!  Many thanks to Tiffany and Guy for getting everything sorted so quickly!

Stopped in yesterday for a battery on one watch and to get the clasp fixed on my Ebel.  I figured it would need to be sent out.  Well, they replaced my battery and Megan (sweet, helpful, attentive and a fellow Dog Lover), gave the watch to someone to look at and he fixed the clasp and polished it up like new!!!! The best part.... No Charge!!!!! What an awesome surprise!!! Customer Service = A++.  Thank you for a great experience!!

This place was fantastic! Great prices and a very knowledable staff. Ask for Amanda! She was great and had a very warm personality. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

Rosalie is awesome!! She has helped my fiancé and I with everything... from helping him pick out the most PERFECT engagement ring to helping us find our wedding bands, and everything in between!  Shopping at Bailey Banks and Biddle is the way to go.. I will be back for the pearls :) 10 stars!
