Surprised to read a couple bad reviews for UNO50. I've had 2 experiences with customer service and both have been excellent. At the store in KoP, I visited to ask about replacing a broken bracelet. The employee explained how the process worked to my satisfaction. On a separate occasion (same bracelet) I contacted customer service. They couldn't have been more responsive. In the end they replaced my wife's bracelet! Every exchange was pleasant.

While I was impressed with the merchandise presented, I was unpleasantly surprised with how they handled a customer service issue. I had bought a piece from here and then no more than 30 minutes later, I decided to return it. Unbeknownst to me, they do not do refunds and only do store credit or exchanges. They did not educate me on their return policies. Even after they accepting that they didn't educate me on the return policy they refused to do a refund. Essentially, I feel as if they stole my money from me. I would highly recommend not shopping at this store or any of their locations.

Hello. Usually I do not like write review. But after my bad experience in the store UNO de 50 ,King of Prussia Mall, I decided to do it . At first I was greeting by person who does not speak English. Then I was constantly pushed to buy items that I do not wanted... Never back again......
